Here’s a simplified version of your SEO services terms:

1. Cost Agreement: The client agrees to the above mentioned specified costs.
2. Pricing: The SEO campaign is based on next 12 months and will auto renew with 30 days notice to cancel before we commit to another year of service for your business.
3. Payment Authorisation: The client authorises us to charge the credit card on file.
4. One-time Charges: Any line item labelled “ONCE OFF” or “SETUP” is a one-time charge on the first invoice, not a monthly fee.
5. Access to Resources: The client will provide us access to necessary online/offline services and networks required for our marketing and optimisation services.
6. Content Provision: The client will supply content (images, text, and videos) for the marketing campaign if needed.
7. Support: We offer support during the campaign setup and optimisation based on your package. Additional support or management hours will require a separate quote.
8. Cancellation and Early Termination:
   1. For Monthly contracts: If the client cancels within 120 days of signing the contract, they will be responsible for paying the costs of the Website SEO Setup and any other services provided at no charge or marked as $0 in the signed contract.
   2. For Yearly contracts: If the client cancels before the end of the 12-month term, they will be responsible for paying the costs of the Website SEO Setup and any other services provided at no charge or marked as $0 in the signed contract.
9. Renewal and Cancellation Procedure: The authorised account holder must provide one month’s notice via email before the automatic renewal and charge date of any subscription service, requesting to cancel the subscription. Upon receiving this request, we will not renew or charge the nominated bank account or credit card. This policy applies to all standard contracts.
